摘要
以大水坑林场瓷石矿为基础,对花岗斑岩型瓷石进行了选矿试验研究,由于矿石基质粒度细,难以实现矿物间的分离,因此采用磨矿→强磁选→浮选→产品的选矿工艺,通过对磨矿时间、磁场强度,药剂用量进行测试分析,确定磨矿时间11min,磁场强度5 910Oe,药剂用量1 200g/t为最合理选矿参数,为花岗斑岩类瓷石矿的选矿提供了参考。
        Taking chinastone ore of Dashuikeng forest farm as the basis,the paper carries out beneficiation experimental study on granite porphyry type chinastone.Since the particle of ore matrix is fine,it is hard to separate each mineral.Therefore,grinding-high-intensity magnetic separation-flotation separation-product beneficiation process is adopted.Through the measurement and analysis are carried out for grinding time,magnetic field intensity,and agent dosage.The grinding time is determined to be 11 min,magnetic field intensity is 5 910 Oe,and agent dosage is 1 200 g/t.This is the most optimized beneficiation parameters.It provides reference for granite porphyry type chinastone beneficiation.
