摘要
随着社会经济的发展,目前铁路建设中对软土地基的处理很是慎重,水泥砂浆搅拌桩的应用越来越广泛,在实际的工程应用中占了很大比例,因其有以下优点:设备投入操作简单,成本低;生产效率高;施工过程环保;处理效果好等。水泥砂浆搅拌桩可增强软土地基的承载力,减少沉降量,提高边坡稳定性。控制水泥砂浆搅拌桩的施工工艺是一个关键性技术问题。结合天津市滨海新区京津城际延伸线货运通路路基工程,从克服水泥砂浆搅拌桩渗灰不均匀、水泥浆计量不准确、桩身倾斜度难控制等影响桩身质量的因素出发,分析质量问题,查找原因,制定对策,以提高水泥砂浆搅拌桩的成桩质量,从而使施工建设得到一定的保障,对提高软土地基处理工程质量提供了参考建议。
        With the development of society and economy, the treatment of soft soil foundation in railway construction is very careful.The application of cement mortar mixing pile is more and more extensive.It occupies a large proportion in actual engineering application.Advantages:simple operation equipment, low cost; high production efficiency; construction process environmental protection; treatment effect is good.Cement mortar mixing pile can enhance the bearing capacity of soft soil foundation, reduce the settlement and improve the slope stability.The construction technology of cement mortar mixing pile is a key technical problem.In this paper, combined with Tianjin Binhai new area, Beijing-Tianjin inter-city extension line freight road subgrade project specific application from overcoming cement mortar mixing pits uneven, slurry measurement is not accurate, the slope of the pile is difficult to control the quality of pile factors, analysis of quality problems, find out the causes, formulate measures to improve the quality of cement mortar pile into the pile, so that the construction of a certain degree of protection, to improve the quality of soft ground treatment project provides a reference proposal.
