摘要

对进口乳胶纸的面涂胶乳进行红外光谱分析,结果表明所用的面涂胶乳为苯丙类乳液。采用进口浸渍纸为基纸,用多种苯丙乳液进行面涂试验研究。采用自制的软单体含量较高并能自交联的苯丙乳液涂布得到的乳胶纸,涂布量较小,抗溶剂性优良,面涂层不发黏,后续涂布酚醛树脂的纸张柔韧性最好,能满足后续植砂加工要求。
        The latex surface coating of the imported latex paper was characterized by FT-IR spectra, the results showed that styrene-acrylic emulsion was applied as the surface coating latex. Then, a variety of styrene-acrylic emulsions were investigated for surface coating testing, using the imported impregnated paper as base paper. The analysis revealed that the abrasive paper coated using self-made latex which had more softness monomer showed better properties, such as less coating weight, good solvent resistance, no tackiness and good flexibility after impregnating phenolic resin. Moreover, it can meet the requirement of sand-planting.
