低造价无粘结隔震支座力学及抗震性能试验研究

摘要
针对我国村镇地区的实际需求,提出了一种由尼龙板和橡胶片叠层放置不经过黏结和硫化直接成型的无粘结隔震支座。首先对该支座进行了压缩特性、水平剪切特性、剪应变相关性、频率相关性、竖向极限特性等力学性能试验。另外,为进一步掌握该支座在村镇建筑中的工作性能,以刚体质量块代替刚度较大的砌体建筑物,进行了振动台模拟试验,研究隔震模型在不同工况下的隔震层位移和加速度的控制效果。试验结果表明,支座力学性能稳定,减隔震效果显著,满足一般村镇建筑的实际需要。
        According to the actual demand of the rural area in our country,a low-cost isolator—non bonded isolation bearing is presented,which is composed of nylon plate and rubber sheets without adhesive bonding curing.Firstly,a systematical experiment of the new type isolator is carried out to investigate its mechanical characteristics,including compression,shear,relativity between compression and shear,and frequency.In order to master working performance of this device which is used in village typical houses and test its reliability,shaking table test of isolation model is carried out to appraise the seismic isolation effect of acceleration responses and displacement of isolation layer.The experiment demonstrates that the device's mechanical in stability and isolation is prominent,which means it could satisfy general village constructions' actual requirements.
