摘要

通过分析发现某企业工会财务存在存货采购及入库管理不到位、企业工会财务人员设置不规范、工会经费预算管理环节薄弱等问题,针对此问题,笔者提出制定某企业工会礼品采购程序、加强存货管理工作、规范设置企业工会财务管理人员、增强预算管理科学性、完善统一实施标准的优化改善措施。
        Through the analysis of a security company, it is found that there are some problems in the labor union financial management of the enterprise, such as inadequate inventory procurement and warehousing management, non-standard establishment of financial personnel, weak budget management. Based on the problems, this paper proposes some improvement measures, including improving the labor union gift procurement procedure, strengthening stock management, standardizing the setting of financial management personnel and budget management.
