摘要
采用半钢+顶底复吹转炉冶炼、LF超高功率精炼、VD真空炉处理、Φ 10 m五机五流方坯连铸等工艺,利用滑板挡渣及红外线检测技术、高铝精炼渣系(Al_2O_3≥35%、R=6~8)造渣脱氧技术,结合连铸工艺参数优化(过热度15~25℃、比水量0.24 L/kg)及合理轧制温度、速度控制(1 000℃、1.85 m/s)等措施,生产出了质量及性能优良的高耐磨性球磨钢HM2A。该球磨钢的低倍质量好,非金属夹杂物<1.5级,硬度>60HRC,冲击韧性好,各项指标满足客户的技术要求。
High wear resistance ball mill steel HM2 A with good quality and performance has been produced by adopting the process of semi-steel + top-bottom combined blown converter, LF ultra-high power refining, VD vacuum furnace treatment, Φ 10 m five-strand billet continuous casting; using the slide slag and infrared detection technology, and slagging and deoxidation technology of high aluminium refining slag system(Al_2O_3>35%, R=6~8); optimizing the continuous casting process parameters(superheat 15~25 ℃, specific water 0.24 L/kg), reasonable rolling temperature and speed and control measures(1 000 ℃, 1.85 m/s). The ball milled steel has good low-power quality with non-metallic inclusions<1.5 grade, hardness >60 HRC, and good impact toughness. The various indicators meet the technical requirements of customers.
