摘要
设计了有机锰试剂参与的偶联反应的研究型综合实验。实验设计包括前期调研、有机锰试剂的制备、偶联反应条件优化、反应底物拓展和结构鉴定5部分,实验内容紧密联系有机化学学科发展前沿。教学实践证明,通过该综合实验的训练,学生可以掌握有机合成方法学研究的一般方法,并巩固有机化学基础知识和实验技能,能进一步提升学生的综合创新能力和科研素养。
        A research-oriented comprehensive experiment of the coupling reaction with organic manganese reagents is designed.The experimental design includes the following five parts:the preliminary investigation,preparation of organic manganese reagents,optimization of coupling reaction conditions,development of reaction substrate and structural identification.The content of the experiment is closely related to the development frontier of organic chemistry.The teaching practice has proved that through the training of this comprehensive experiment,students can grasp the general method of organic synthesis methodology research and consolidate their basic knowledge and experimental skills of organic chemistry.It can further improve the students' comprehensive innovative ability and scientific research quality.
