摘要

为了解欧盟组织管理大型研究基础设施的做法和经验,分析了2016年欧盟研究基础设施路线图的制定程序、遴选标准和全生命周期管理,介绍了2016年路线图中的一般性项目和标志性项目,最后提出了对我国的启示,具体包括:成立专门的重大科技基础设施管理机构,对重大科技基础设施的进展进行跟踪和评估,开展全生命周期管理。
        In order to understand the practices and experiences of Large research infrastructure management in EU,the development of the research infrastructure roadmap 2016 and its reviewing criteria,lifecycle management of research infrastructure in EU are analyzed. The projects and landmarks in the Roadmap 2016 are introduced. In the end,three enlightenments to China are proposed. The first one is creating a specific agency to manage significant research infrastructure. The second one is monitoring and evaluating the progress of significant research infrastructure regularly. The third one is carrying out lifecycle management.
