提升高校思想政治教育主体亲和力的原则和理论基础

摘要
在高校思想政治教育工作中,主体亲和力的提升是高校思想政治教育整体亲和力提升的首要任务。提升高校思想政治教育主体亲和力,需依据以人为本、主观能动性和科学性的原则,以传统儒家教育思想、马克思主义人学理论、马斯洛需要层次理论和习近平立德树人思想为理论基础,为这一首要任务的实现提供扎实的理论指导,增强说服力和可信度。
In the ideological and political education in colleges, the promotion of subject affinity is the primary task in improving the overall affinity of ideological and political education in colleges. To enhance the affinity of ideological and political education subjects in colleges, it can be based on the people-oriented, subjective initiative and scientific principles, and take the traditional Confucian educational thoughts, Marxist humanistic theory, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Xi Jinping's thought of cultivating people as the theoretical basis. To provide a solid theoretical guidance for the realization of this primary task, to enhance persuasion and credibility.
