摘要
随着国家、社会对节能减排工作要求的日益严格,节能降耗已成为当前各炼油企业的重要任务之一。中国石化某140×10~4t/a延迟焦化装置受到加工原油性质变化以及重油加工模式调整的影响,长期实行单炉室低负荷运行,装置实际运行负荷为设计负荷的50%~60%。为进一步优化装置内蒸汽系统用能,该装置采用干气代替备用炉室3.5MPa蒸汽、焦炭塔处理塔大吹汽"以水代汽"、优化0.4MPa蒸汽流程等措施,对装置内蒸汽系统消耗及流程进行优化,并提出将气压机润滑油系统主油泵由蒸汽驱动改为电机驱动的建议措施。通过采用干气代替备用炉室3.5MPa蒸汽,可降低装置单炉室运行期间3.5MPa蒸汽消耗约5t/h;采取焦炭塔处理塔大吹汽"以水代汽"改造以及对0.4MPa蒸汽流程进行优化后,全年可增效404.88万元。优化后,减少了装置蒸汽消耗,降低了装置能耗。
        With the increasingly strict requirements of the state and the society for energy conservation and emission reduction,energy saving and consumption reduction has become one of the important tasks of refining enterprises.Affected by the change in the properties of crude oil processed and the adjustment of heavy oil processing mode,long-term operation of single-furnace chamber at low load was implemented in a 1.4 Mt/a delayed coking unit of Sinopec,and the actual operating load of the unit was 50%-60% of the design load.In order to further optimize the energy consumption of the steam system in the unit,dry gas was used instead of the 3.5 MPa steam in standby furnace chamber,water was used instead of steam for the steaming out of coke tower,and the 0.4 MPa steam flow was optimized,so as to optimize the consumption and flow of the steam system.And a recommended measure was proposed to change the main oil pump for lube oil system in air compressor from steam drive to motor drive.Using dry gas instead of the 3.5 MPa steam in standby furnace chamber can reduce the consumption of 3.5 MPa steam by about 5 t/h during the operation of single furnace chamber.Using water instead of steam for the steaming out of coke tower and optimizing the0.4 MPa steam flow can improve the benefits by about 4048800 Yuan a year.After the optimization,both the steam consumption and the energy consumption of the unit were reduced.
