摘要
目的:优化薏苡仁破壁饮片成型工艺。方法:以干燥方法、干燥温度、干燥时间、乙醇浓度、料液比、制粒筛网目数为考察对象,以成型率为评价指标,利用3因素3水平Box-Behnken效应面法优化薏苡仁破壁饮片成型工艺。结果:效应面法优选出的最佳成型工艺为:电热鼓风干燥,干燥温度为60℃,干燥时间为70min,乙醇浓度为29.5%,料液比为0.44:1,制粒筛网为35目。制备的薏苡仁破壁饮片成型率平均值为91.21%,与模型方程理论预测值(89.72%)的偏差为0.82%,吸湿率为9.89%,临界相对湿度75%,休止角34.46±0.100,松密度(0.4770±0.003)g·mL~(-1),振实密度(0.4934±0.004)g·mL~(-1),压缩指数(4±0.000)%。结论:Box-Behnken效应面法可用于薏苡仁破壁饮片成型工艺参数的优化,制备的破壁饮片质量达标,为其生产提供参考。
        Objective:To optimize molding technics of ultrafine granular powder of Coix seed.Methods:The variables were optimized by Box-Behnken Design(BBD) by response surface method.The drying method,drying temperature,drying time,ethanol concentration,liquid ratio and grain sieve mesh were chosen as independent variables and the particle molding rate was chosen as dependent variables.Results:The optimal molding technics were as follows:The drying method was electrothermal blowing dry box.The drying temperature was at 60 ℃ and the drying time was 70 min.The ethanol concentration was 29.5% and the liquid ratio was 0.44:1.The grain sieve mesh was 35 meshs.The average value of particle molding rate was 91.21%.Its deviation from the theoretical prediction value(89.72%) of the model equation was about 0.82%.The moisture absorption rate was 9.89%.The critical relative humidity was 75%.The angle of repose was 34.46±0.100 and the bulk density was(0.4770±0.003)g·mL~(-1).The tap density was(0.4934±0.004) g·mL~(-1) and the compression exponent was(4±0.000)%.Conclusion:The box-Behnken design-response surface method is suitable for optimizing the molding technics of ultrafine granular powder of Coix seed,which can reach the stantdards of the ultrafine granular powder of herbal medicine and provide the reference for its production.
