摘要
煤矿巷道掘进是永久支护前的一道采煤工序,巷道掘进工作面迎头存在空顶问题。随着开采深度的不断增加,围岩的整体稳定性遭到了破坏,煤(岩)体变酥软、破碎、强度降低,发生漏顶事故的几率变高。因此研制新型前探梁临时支护装置来防治潜在的漏顶问题,成为解决生产安全隐患的需要。
Roadway driving is a mining process for the permanent supporting, and there is an empty roof problem in the heading face of roadway. With the continuous increase of mining depth, the overall stability of surrounding rock is destroyed, the coal(rock) body becomes soft, crushed, the strength decreases, and the probability of fallen roof increases. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new temporary support device for forestope to prevent potential leakage and guarantee production safety.
