破碎矿体充填采矿法水压支柱护顶技术及其支护特性

摘要
为了解决深井破碎矿体开采中的支护问题,在两步骤回采充填采矿法中采用水压支柱进行护顶。工业试验表明,第一次加压后水压支柱的初始支撑力为9.4~13.2 MPa,支柱工作阻力在前3d内减小较快,之后缓慢减小;支柱高度均随支护时间的延长而缓慢下降,3d后顶板相对稳定。结果显示,水压支柱技术能有效提高破碎矿体开采过程的采场稳定性。
        To solve the supporting problems in mining of fractured deep ore-body,hydraulic props are introduced to support the stope roof in two-step backfill mining.The industrial trial results show that the initial supporting pressures of each prop are 10~14MPa after first pressure loading.The supporting resistances decrease dramatically before day 3and decrease gently afterwards.In addition,prop heights decrease gently in the time frame of supporting,and the stope roof tend to be relatively stable after 3days.The trial demonstrate that the roof support with hydraulic prop can effectively enhance the stope stability within the fractured ore-body during mining.
