摘要
采用测力延度试验对不同粉胶比的沥青胶浆进行了测试,通过对沥青胶浆力-延度曲线的分析,提出以拉伸屈服强度、断后伸长率、初始黏韧性强度比、残余黏韧性强度比四种指标探讨不同填料含量对沥青低温性能的影响。在此基础上,运用离差最大化法计算各评价指标的权重。研究结果表明,随着填料含量的增加,峰值力呈指数函数形式增长,其相关系数达99%以上,其中SBS改性沥青的大变形阶段逐渐消失,两种沥青胶浆的极限延度值逐渐降低,破坏类型由柔性逐渐过渡到脆性;沥青胶浆的拉伸屈服强度和初始黏韧性强度比随着粉胶比的增大逐渐提高,而断后伸长率和残余黏韧性强度比逐渐降低,经离差最大化法计算出两种沥青胶浆的断后伸长率权重最大,其值分别为0.555和0.578,因此推荐断后伸长率作为沥青胶浆低温性能评价指标。
        The asphalt mortar with different ratios of mineral powder to asphalt was researched by the force ductility test. Through analysis on the force ductility curve of the asphalt mortar,four evaluation indexes were put forward to discuss the influence of the content of mineral powder on low temperature performance of the asphalt,for example the tensile yield strength,the percentage elongation after fracture,the initial viscosity strength ratio and the residual viscosity strength ratio. On this basis,these weights of the four evaluation indexes were calculated by the maximum deviation method. The results show that the peak force increases exponentially with the increase of mineral powder content,and the correlation coefficient is over 99%. The large deformation stage of SBS modified asphalt gradually disappears,and the ultimate ductility of the two asphalt mortars gradually decreases,which these two types of asphalt mortar failure type are gradually passed from flexible failure to brittle failure. These tensile yield strength and initial viscosity strength ratio of asphalt mortar increase gradually with the increase content of filler,and the percentage elongation after fracture and residual viscosity strength ratio decreases gradually,and the large deformation phase of SBS modified asphalt gradually disappears. The results of the weight percentage through calculations show that these maximum values the percentage elongation after fracture are 0. 555 and 0. 578,which should be used as an evaluation index for the low temperature performance of asphalt mortar.
