饲料中添加硒化壳聚糖对大鳞副泥鳅抗氧化能力的影响

摘要
以体质量为4.9±0.2 g的泥鳅为实验对象,在基础饲料中添加了不同含量(0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%)的硒化壳聚糖。经过为期60 d的养殖后,比较实验鳅肝脏中过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活性,以及丙二醛含量和总抗氧化能力的变化。结果发现:硒化壳聚糖对泥鳅过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性有明显的促进作用,CAT活性随着硒化壳聚糖含量增加而增大,在添加量为1.2%时活性最大,各实验组的GPX活性均显著高于空白组;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性在硒化壳聚糖添加水平大于0.3%时显著高于对照组,并在1.2%添加水平达到最大;实验组泥鳅肝脏内丙二醛(MDA)含量相比于空白组明显下降,且随着硒化壳聚糖的浓度提升而下降,在1.2%时达到最低;实验组总抗氧化能力也有明显的上升,在0.9%时达到最大。整体上,饲料中添加硒化壳聚糖可以显著提升大鳞副泥鳅的抗氧化能力。
        A 60-day feeding trial was conducted to determine the effect of seleno-chitosan supplements on antioxidant ability of juvenile loach(initial weight of 4.9±0.2 g) reared in experimental aquaria.Five test diets containing 0%,0.3%,0.6%,0.9% and 1.2% seleno-chitosan were randomly assigned to 15 aquaria,respectively.At the end of the experiment,superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione peroxidase activities were significantly elevated with concomitant increasing levels of seleno-chitosan(P<0.05),especially when the additive level was above 0.9%.While malondialdehyde content decreased with the addition of seleno-chitosan.These results indicate that seleno-chitosan could improve antioxidant ability of juvenile loach.
