摘要
以低聚氨基多糖与亚硒酸钠为原料,合成硒化低聚氨基多糖(Low molecular seleno-aminopolysaccharide,LSA)。通过无机硒与总硒含量的比值考察LSA稳定性,对LSA进行了影响因素[60℃高温试验,25℃、相对湿度(90%±5%)高湿度试验和(4500±500)lx强光照试验]、加速试验(40℃、相对湿度75%)和长期试验(25℃、相对湿度60%,12个月)。结果高湿度条件下10 d LSA吸湿严重发生结块现象,无机硒/总硒有显著性减小。高温及强光照射10 d对其质量也有一定影响,但无机硒/总硒在强光试验中有显著性增加,长时间的光照对LSA的稳定性影响较大。同时,加速试验与长期试验表明产品较为稳定。因此,硒化低聚氨基多糖有一定程度的吸湿性,高光对其稳定性的影响较大,应该在密闭条件下避光保存。
        Sodium selenite and low molecular amino-polysaccharide were used to synthesize low molecular seleno-aminopolysaccharide(LSA) in this experiment by chemical method. The stability of LSA was studied by the ratio of organic to inorganic selenium. The appearance, the quality change and the ratio of organic to inorganic selenium were investigated by influential factor test [high temperature 60℃, high humidity test(25 ℃, relative humidity(90%±5%) and(4500±500)lx strong light test], accelerated test [40 ℃(relative humidity 75%)] and long-term test [25 ℃(relative humidity 60%) for 12 months]. The results showed that agglomeration was caused by the serious moisture under high humidity conditions in 10 d and the ratio of organic to inorganic selenium was decreased significantly. The quality was also change under high temperature and strong light test, and the ratio of organic to inorganic selenium was increased under strong light test. Results of accelerated test and long-term test showed that LSA was more stable. Conclusion, LSA has a certain degree of moisture absorption, while strong light had significant effect. It should be stored in light-resistant.
