摘要
介绍了湿法氨氧化法产生的背景,描述了湿法氨氧化法的工艺流程,该法在传统的氨氧化制硝酸工艺的基础上,用水蒸气、氮气、氧气代替空气,然后通过急冷的方法获得较高浓度的一氧化氮。确定了合适的进料配比和反应条件,经试验验证,可获得13%以上体积分数的一氧化氮,为合成气制草酸酯需要补充一氧化氮提供了一种新的方法。
In this article, the background of creation of wet ammonia oxidation method was introduced, and the process of this method was also depicted. In this method, based on traditional process in nitric acid production with ammonia oxidation, with steam, nitrogen and oxygen for substitution of air, and by using sharply chilling method, comparatively concentrated nitric oxide was obtained. Appropriate composition of feedings and proper reaction condition have been determined. It has been proved from test that in this way more than 13 % concentration of nitric oxide can be resulted. Thus, a new method for acquiring nitric oxide needed in production of oxalic acid ester with synthesis gas is available.
