摘要
目的动态研究高碘高酪氨酸对小鼠甲状腺功能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为对照组(NI)、高碘组(HI)、高酪氨酸组(Htyr)、高碘高酪氨酸组(HI+Htyr)分别喂养相应饮料,10、20、30 w后,测定小鼠血清酪氨酸(Tyr)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平及甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)含量。结果 10、20、30 w时,Htyr组、HI+Htyr组小鼠血清Tyr浓度均显著高于NI组、HI组,平均升高1.69~4.57μmol/L,幅度为25.72%~85.90%;Htyr组、HI+Htyr组小鼠血清TSH含量均显著低于NI组、HI组,平均降低0.71~3.01 mIU/L,幅度为10.07%~37.78%;10、20、30 w时,Htyr组、HI+Htyr组小鼠血清TgAb含量均显著低于NI组、HI组,TgAb含量平均降低2.20~5.01 U/ml,幅度为63.77%~81.20%。偏相关分析显示,小鼠血清Tyr含量与TSH水平、Tyr含量与TgAb含量均存在显著的负相关关系(r=-0.413,P<0.001&r=-0.358,P<0.001)。结论补充适宜的Tyr,可使小鼠血清Tyr含量明显增加,同时可以缓解小鼠血清中TSH和TgAb的异常改变,在改善甲状腺功能方面起一定作用。
        Objective To dynamically study the effect of high iodine and high tyrosine on thyroid function in mice.Methods Mice were randomly divided into four groups according to the body weights:(1)normal control(NI);(2)high iodine(HI);(3)high tyrosine(Htyr);(4)high iodine plus high tyrosine(HI+Htyr).Fed 10 weeks,20 weeks and 30 weeks later,the serum tyrosine(Tyr) levels,thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) levels,thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb) contents and thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb) contents in mice were measured,respectively.Results At 10,20 and 30 weeks,the serum tyrosine concentrations in Htyr group and HI+Htyr group were significantly higher than those in NI group and HI group.The average rise was 1.69-4.57 μmol/L,the amplitude were between 25.72% and 85.90%.The serum thyroid stimulating hormone levels in Htyr group and HI+Htyr group were significantly lower than those in NI group and HI group.The average decline was 0.71-3.01 mIU/L,the ampitude were between 10.07% and 37.78%.At 10,20 and 30 weeks,the serum level of TgAb in Htyr group and HI+Htyr group were significantly lower than those in NI group and HI group.The average decline was 2.20-5.01 U/ml,the amplitude were between 63.77% and 81.20%.There was a significant negative correlation between serum tyrosine and TSH level,and serum tyrosine and TgAb level in mice(r=-0.413,P<0.001&r=-0.358,P<0.001)in net correlation matrix.Conclusions The appropriate addition of tyrosine could significantly increase the serum tyrosine level in mice,alleviate the abnormal changes of the serum TSH and TgAb in mice,and play a role in improving the thyroid function.
