厦门市妇幼保健院儿童用药咨询及回访效果分析

摘要
目的分析厦门市妇幼保健院儿童用药咨询及回访效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1—6月厦门市妇幼保健院儿科用药咨询台2 517次记录,记录咨询内容和药物类别,抽样回访调查患儿家属理解率。结果患儿家属咨询药物内容中用法用量最多;咨询药物主要是抗微生物药物,其次是皮肤及五官科外用药。用药咨询患儿家属总理解率为96.65%。结论本院儿童用药咨询内容以用法用量为主,咨询药物类别主要是抗微生物药物,回访效果优良,可以为患儿家长提供个体化用药咨询服务。
Objective To analyse on the effect of medication consultation and return visit for children in Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 2 517 records of pediatric medication consulting desk of Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June 2018.The contents and types of consultation were recorded,and the understanding rate of family members of children was investigated by sampling.Results The consulting medicines used by the family members of the children are the most;the consulting medicines are mainly antimicrobial drugs,which are actually external medicines for skin and facial features.The understanding rate of the premier's solution rate of the family members of children with medication consultation was 96.65%.Conclusion The main content of consultation for children in our hospital is usage and dosage.The main types of consultation drugs are antimicrobial drugs.The effect of return visit is excellent.It can provide individualized drug consultation service for parents of children.
