摘要
增强型RFS09硫转移剂可以有效地解决MIP富氧再生催化裂化装置再生烟气中SO_3含量高形成的酸雾问题。RFS09增强型硫转移剂在中海油惠州石化有限公司的工业应用结果表明:在再生烟气过剩氧体积分数为4.2%~5.5%、硫转移剂加注到系统的总藏量为2.56%(w)时,再生烟气中SO_3浓度由527.5mg/m~3下降到16.0mg/m~3,脱除率可达96.97%,有效地消除了外排烟气冒蓝烟和下坠等问题;SO_2浓度由263.0mg/m~3降至14.0mg/m~3,脱除率可达94.67%;洗涤塔的碱耗降低90%以上。经综合经济效益核算,硫转移剂不仅可有效消除酸雾问题,同时不会增加装置运行成本。
The sulfur transfer additive RFS09 was used in a 1.2 Mt/a FCCU(MIP)in CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Company.The application results showed that,at excessive oxygen content of4.2%—5.5%,and when the accumulation amount of RFS09 reaches 2.56% of the catalyst inventory,the contents of SO_3 and SO_2 in the flue gas reduce from 527.5 mg/m~3 and 263.0 mg/m~3 to 16.0 mg/m~3 and 14.0 mg/m~3,respectively,the remove rate reaches 96.97% and 94.67% respectively.Meanwhile,the caustic consumption is decreased by over 90%.The cost accounting of benefit shows that,using the sulfur transfer agent to eliminate the acid mist will not increase the running cost of the company.
