摘要
本文以巯基乙醇和异辛酸为原料合成逆酯,再与巯基乙酸反应合成硫酯,最后与甲基锡氯化物反应制成新型甲基锡逆硫酯化合物。通过烘箱,转矩流变仪研究其对PVC热稳定性能的影响。研究结果表明,该甲基锡逆硫酯化合物与传统甲基锡稳定剂相比,具有较低的锡含量,在加工过程中表现出良好的稳定性和流动性。
In this paper, the inverse esters were synthesized by using mercapto alcohol and iso-octanoic acid. Synthesis of inverse sulfur esteris by reaction it with mercapto acetic acid,Finally,a new type of methyl tin compound was synthesized by reaction one with methyl tin chloride. Compared with the sample of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) contained traditional methyl tin stabilizer, the PVC sample containing methyl tin sulfate stabilizer has a low tin content, better properties such as the longest color change time, lightness of color in early stage and good processability
