摘要
针对长距离管道清洗难题,介绍自主研发的两款新型清管机器人:一款为"管道往返清洗机器人",是基于空穴清洗原理制成的橄榄型空穴机器人;另一款为"管道盾构机器人",利用水力驱动涡轮从而带动刀头旋转清理管内硬垢。该两款新型清管机器人的使用,能有效解决管线长、污垢硬度高、垢层厚及管道尺寸多变等在长距离管线清洗中遇到的难题。
In order to solve the problem of long-distance pipeline cleaning,this paper introduces two new types of clean-up robots,one for the "pipe to and from the cleaning robot "is based on the principle of hole cleaning made of olive-type hole robot,the other is"pipeline shield robot",the use of hydraulic drive turbine to drive the rotation of the nozzle to clean the use of hard dirt. Can effectively solve the pipeline length,dirt hardness,scale thick,variable pipe size and so on in the long-distance pipeline cleaning problems encountered.
