摘要
姬塬油田长8油藏属于典型的"低压、低渗、低产"三低油藏。注水开发过程中存在注入水与地层水不配伍,易生成碳酸盐及硫酸盐垢,造成近井地带堵塞,导致注水井压力高甚至注不进的问题,严重影响油藏开发效果。室内研究形成了一种用于解除注水井硫酸盐垢的缓速硫酸盐解堵液体系,配方为3%HCl+5%JDJ+1%缓蚀剂+清水。通过室内静态性能评价实验,该解堵液体系具有良好的耐温性,缓速解堵性能及螯合、溶垢性能。室内岩心驱替实验表明,该解堵液体系可以将结垢伤害的岩心渗透率由61. 6%恢复至92. 3%。现场应用表明该解堵液体系能够有效解除近井地带堵塞,降低注水井注入压力,提高注水井配注量,对老油田提高采收率具有重要意义。
        Chang 8 reservoir at Jiyuan oilfield is typical of low pressure, low permeability and low production. In the process of water injection development,the formation of carbonate and sulfate scale is formed due to the injected water not compatible with the formation water,resulting in the blockage at the nearbore zone. Too high pressure in injection wells will impede the injection and seriously affect the reservoir development. A retarding sulfate scale removal agent for water injection wells is formed by laboratory research. The formula is 3% HCL + 5%JDJ agent + 1% inhibitor + clear water. Through the static performance evaluation experiment indoor,this plugging removal system is proved to have a high working temperature,good retarding plugging removal performance and chelating,scaling removal performance. The core experiments show that the core permeability can be recovered from about 60% to about 90. 09%by the system. Field application shows its good results.
