摘要
WSA湿法制酸装置中的硫酸罐是浓硫酸冷凝设备,由于该罐操作温度高、内部存在湍流腐蚀,采用碳钢无法满足防腐蚀要求。根据硫酸罐的工艺流程、操作条件,制定其防腐蚀方案:硫酸罐采用碳钢(Q235B)+内表面喷涂ECTFE(乙烯和三氟氯乙烯1∶1的交替共聚物)防腐蚀涂层,硫酸入口接管及法兰增加PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)衬垫。为保证喷涂涂层质量,喷涂前设备基材需做打磨、除锈处理,喷涂后涂层需做检测。ECTFE韧性好、硬度高,有良好的耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能;PTFE是目前最常用的耐酸腐蚀性能较好的材料之一。该防腐蚀技术方案已成功应用于某炼油厂WSA湿法制酸装置中的硫酸罐
        Sulfuric acid tank is the condensing equipment of concentrated sulfuric acid in WSA plant. It is unable to meet the anticorrosion requirements,due to high operating temperature and turbulent flow in the tank,in addition,tank material is carbon steel which is prone to corrosion. An anticorrosion program was worked out according to process flow and operating conditions of sulfuric acid tank. Basic carbon steel( Q235B) and internal surface spraying ECTFE( alternating copolymer of ethylene and trifluorovinyl chloride 1∶ 1) were used as anticorrosive coating. PTFE liner was added to sulfuric acid inlet. In order to ensure quality of spraying coating,equipment base material was polished and rust-removed before spraying,and coating was inspected after spraying. ECTFE has good toughness,high hardness,excellent performance on abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.PTFE is one of the most commonly used lining materials with good acid corrosion resistance. The anticorrosion plan was successfully applied to sulphuric acid tank in WSA plant of an oil refinery.
