摘要
以改性硫酸钙晶须作为催化剂,通过酯交换反应合成醋酸正丁酯,研究反应过程的化学反应动力学。结果表示反应条件为,当酯醇摩尔比为2,硫酸钙晶须添加量为反应总量的3%,超声波频率为25 kHz,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为6h时,得到该反应的活化能Ea=5.243kJ/mol,指前因子k_0=3.8496×10~3mol~(-1)·L·h~(-1),并最终建立了以硫酸钙晶须为催化剂合成醋酸正丁酯r=3.8496×10~3exp(-5243/RT)c_Ac_B。
Modified calcium sulfate whisker was used as the catalyst to synthesize n-butyl acetate by transesterification reaction, and the chemical reaction kinetics of this process was studied. The results showed that, the mole ratio of ester to alcohol was 2,the dosage of whisker was 3%,the ultrasound frequency was 25 kHz, the reaction time was 6 h and the reaction temperature was 110 ℃, the apparent activation energy was Ea=5.243 kJ/mol, and pre-exponential factor was k_0=3.849 6 × 10~3 mol~(-1)· L · h~(-1). Finally, the kinetics model of the ester exchange reaction was established r=3.8496×10~3exp(-5243/RT)c_Ac_B.
