摘要
利用金隆公司现有的中和废水处理系统,通过往含氟约16mg/L废水中添加硫酸铝药剂,Al/F摩尔比约4/1,控制废水pH值为6~8,反应时间约30min,除氟效率达到80%以上,排放废水氟含量稳定控制在3.5mg/L以内,满足国家《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB25467-2010)规定的≤5mg/L的标准要求。
By using Jinlong Company's existing neutralized wastewater treatment system, the efficiency of removing fluorine can exceed 80%, the content of fluorine in wastewater could be kept under 3.5 mg/L stably, thus meet the requirement that the content of fluorine should be controlled up to 5 mg/L in national "copper, nickel, cobalt industrial pollutant discharge standard"(GB25467-2010).The definite means are as follows: Adding aluminum sulfate to the wastewater containing about 16 mg/L of fluorine, the molar ratio of Al/F is about 4/1, the pH value of wastewater should be controlled to 6~8, and the reaction lasted about 30 minutes.
