摘要
采用硬脂酸钠对镁铝碳酸根型水滑石MgAl-CO_3-LDHs (LDHs)进行改性,讨论了改性工艺对聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定效果的影响,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)对改性前后的水滑石进行表征。结果表明,硬脂酸钠未改变水滑石的层状结构,仅吸附在水滑石的表面;水滑石湿滤饼经硬脂酸钠改性后对PVC的热稳定效果最佳,其对PVC的初期着色性影响不大,但能大大地延长PVC的长期热稳定性,使静态热老化时间延长了57. 1%。
        Sodium stearate was used to modify magnesium-aluminum-carbonate layered double hydroxides( LDHs),and the effect of the modification process on the thermal stability of PVC was discussed.XRD,FT-IR and SEM were used to characterize the LDHs before and after the modification. The results show that sodium stearate do not change the layered structure of LDHs but adsorbes on the surface of LDHs. Wet filter cake of LDHs modified by sodium stearate has the optimum thermal stability effect on PVC. It has little effect on the early color of PVC,but it can greatly improve the long-term thermal stability of PVC. The static thermal aging time is 57. 1%longer than that of unmodified LDHs.
