摘要
热轧带钢镰刀弯大小是评价产品质量好坏的重要指标之一,而粗轧中间坯镰刀弯状态直接决定了产品镰刀弯程度。针对梅钢1780热轧产线缺少镰刀弯评价的现状,开发了粗轧板坯镰刀弯评价系统,该系统可客观定量地评价粗轧中间坯的板形质量。通过对比试验定量验证了垂直辊系间隙精度、辊面氧化膜均匀性、阶梯垫表面清洁度等因素对粗轧板坯镰刀弯存在显著影响,通过对这些因素的改进,使粗轧板形得到明显改善,头部中心偏移最大值小于40 mm块数命中率从45%提升至75%。
        The degree of camber of hot rolled strip is one of the most important indexes to evaluate the quality of products,and the condition of camber of rough rolling transfer bar directly determines the degree of camber of products. Aiming at the lack of camber evaluation system in a 1 780 mm hot rolling plant,an online evaluation system for R2 camber is developed,which can objectively and quantitatively evaluate the R2 shape. Some factors have significant effects on R2 shape,such as clearance of vertical roll system,the uniformity of oxide film on work roll surface,cleanliness of step plate,etcs,which was verified by comparative tests. R2 shape was improved by optimized these factors. The hit rate for coils of the maximum centerline of headend less than 40 mm was raised from 45% to 75%.In addition,the non-main influencing factors such as roughing pass mode,E2-R2 continuous rolling relationship,R2 impact compensation speed,R2 rolling speed,R2 working roll cooling water and so on were excluded. The direction for the subsequent R2 shape improvement was defined.
