摘要
利用产品一致性试验(PCT)法研究了钙钛锆石-钡硼硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷固化体的抗浸出性能,并与不含晶相的钡硼硅酸盐玻璃固化体进行比较。结果表明,玻璃陶瓷和玻璃固化体中B、Na和Nd元素的归一化浸出率随浸泡时间增加均呈现降低的趋势,均在28 d后趋于平稳,在含有条状钙钛锆石晶体和块状榍石晶体的玻璃陶瓷固化体中,B、Na和Nd元素的归一化浸出率在28天后分别为8.4×10-3 g m-2d-1、7.8×10-3g m-2d-1、7.5×10-6g m-2d-1,均比钡硼硅酸盐玻璃固化体的浸出率低一个数量级。
The leaching properties of zirconolite–barium borosilicate glass-ceramics were mainly evaluated by Product Consistency Test(PCT),and the leaching properties of barium borosilicate glass without any crystalline phase were compared. The results show that the normalized leaching rates of B, Na, and Nd gradually decrease with increasing leaching time and remain almost unchanged after 28 days. The normalized leaching rates of B, Na and Nd in zirconolite-based glass-ceramic are about 8.4×10-3g m-2d-1, 7.8×10-3g m-2d-1, and 7.5×10-6g m-2d-1after 28 d, respectively, which are one order of magnitude lower than that of barium borosilicate glass.
