摘要
针对传统茶叶揉捻机在工作过程中不能进行实时测压、控压,不能将茶叶受到的压力量化,并且茶叶在揉捻翻转过程中所受到的压力变化较大,影响茶叶揉捻质量的这一现状,提出一种基于PLC和步进伺服的揉捻机压力柔性控制方法。该控制方法模拟弹簧受力时的弹性力变化过程,将压力参数量化,便于实时调控。实验表明:该控制技术能让杀青叶在揉捻工序中达到成条率高、细胞破碎率高、碎茶率低的揉捻效果。
In view of that the traditional tea twisting machine cannot measure and control the pressure in real-time in the working process, and the pressure of tea cannot be expressed quantitatively and varies in a wide range in the turning process. This situation influences leaves quality heavily. The authors put forward a kind of tea twisting machine pressure flexible control method based on PLC and step servo. The control method simulates the elasticity change process during the spring is loading. It quantizes the pressure parameters to facilitate regulation in real-time. The experimental results show the control technology makes the tea leaves break cells and be made into strips at a high rate and reduces the tea broken.
