探讨碘佛醇与碘化油在子宫输卵管造影检查中的临床效果

摘要
目的分析碘佛醇与碘化油在子宫输卵管造影检查中的临床效果。方法 2017年10月—2018年3月,于该院收治的不孕症患者中方便选取82例,随机分为两组,对照组采用碘佛醇行子宫输卵管造影检查,观察组采用碘化油行子宫输卵管造影检查,对比两组影像质量输卵管显影情况、不良反应发生情况、术中疼痛发生情况与检查费用。结果观察组检查优良率为95.12%,高于对照组的75.61%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.625 7,P<0.05);观察组患者术中腹痛VAS评分为(1.05±0.28)分,低于对照组的(3.68±1.27)分(t=12.625 7,P<0.05);观察组检查费用为(1 520±100.25)元,高于对照组的(671±98.58)元(t=25.698 8,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率组间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.0588,P>0.05)。结论碘化油在子宫输卵管造影中有较大优势,在不考虑费用下,可优先考虑。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ioversol and iodized oil in the hysterosalpingography.Methods 82 cases of patients with infertility admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to March 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group used the ioversol for hysterosalpingography,while the observation group used the iodized oil for hysterosalpingography,and the fallopian tube development condition,occurrence of adverse reactions,occurrence of postoperative pains and examination cost were compared between the two groups.Results The examination excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.12% vs 75.61%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(χ~2=12.6257,P<0.05);the postoperative abdominal pain VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[(1.05±0.28)points vs(3.68±1.27)points](t=12.625 7,P<0.05);and the examination cost in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [(1 520±100.25)yuan vs(671±98.58)yuan](t=25.698 8,P<0.05);and the different was statistically significant in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ~2=0.965 8,P>0.05).Conclusion The iodized oil in the hysterosalpingography has a greater advantage,it can be preferred when the cost is not taken into account.
