探讨持续质量改进在风湿免疫科护理中的应用效果及不良事件发生率

摘要
目的观察风湿免疫科护理中使用持续质量改进的效果及不良反应事件发生情况。方法以2017年4月至2018年2月在本院风湿免疫科治疗的100例患者为研究对象,采用随机分配的方法将其划分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组患者采用持续质量改进护理,比较研究组与对照组护理满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果研究组(8%)患者不良事件发生率明显比对照组低(24%),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组(96%)护理满意度比对照组高(80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风湿免疫科实施持续质量改进护理效果明显,不仅可以提升患者对护理工作的满意度,也能降低不良事件发生率,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of continuous quality improvement and the occurrence of adverse reactions in nursing care of rheumatic immunology department. Methods A total of 100 patients treated in our rheumatology department from April 2017 to February 2018 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into study group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, the study group patients were given continuous quality improvement nursing, and the nursing satisfaction and adverse events between the study group and the control group were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the study group(8%) than in the control group(24%), and the data were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group(96%) was higher than that of the control group(80%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement nursing in rheumatology and immunology department is obvious, which can not only improve the patient' s satisfaction with nursing work, but also reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical application.
