摘要
火电厂进行梯级利用和节水改造后产生的高盐废水,依次通过高效化学软化、纳滤分盐装置、多段反渗透、碟管式反渗透装置和强制循环结晶技术,制得合格的回用水符合循环水补充水要求,同时获得工业盐,其氯化钠纯度达到98.5%。该方案可为火电厂高盐废水零排放提供借鉴。
After the water consumption revamping and cascading using,the wastewater with high salinity must be treated by highefficiency chemical soften device,nano-filtration,multi-stage reverse osmosis system,disk tube reverse osmosis and forced circulation crystallizer before meeting the requirement of make-up water of circulating water. At the same time,industrial salt is obtained whose purity is up to 98. 5%. The technology can provide reference for zero discharge of high-salinity waste water in thermal power plants.
