摘要
某超电容制造厂产生20m3/d的电解液废水,该废水含有难降解有机物,按照环保局的零排放要求,采用碟管式反渗透膜(DTRO)工艺,达到了95%的回收率,产水稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》IV类标准,浓水进行蒸发结晶处理后实现废水的"零排放"。文章介绍了DTRO膜在电解液废水处理中的应用,重点强调了DTRO膜的优势。
A supercapacitor manufacturing plant produces 20m3/d of electrolyte wastewater containing refractory organics. According to the EPA's zero emission requirements, the dish-type reverse osmosis membrane(DTRO) process is used to achieve 95% recovery. The rate and water production are stable to the Class IV standard of the Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard. The concentrated water is evaporated and crystallized to achieve "zero discharge" of wastewater. The article introduces the application of DTRO membrane in the treatment of electrolyte wastewater, with emphasis on the advantages of DTRO membrane.
