摘要
为了研究侧向间隙对刨头动态特性的影响,依据刨头与滑架的几何构型,给出刨头与滑架之间的碰撞距离,构建刨头与滑架接触、分离判别条件。采用非线性弹簧阻尼接触力模型,建立了含间隙刨头碰撞振动动力学模型,并进行数值计算,研究结果表明:刨头与滑架之间产生了单点间断碰撞、两点交替碰撞及面碰撞;刨头与滑架的最大碰撞力随着侧向间隙的增大而逐渐增大。研究结果为提高刨头的运动稳定性提供了理论基础。
In order to study the effect of lateral clearance on plow head dynamic characteristics, the collision distance between plow head and sliding framework were given according to the geometry of plow body and sliding framework. The contact,isolation criterion between plow head and sliding framework was established. The nonlinear elastic-damper contact force model was adopted to establish the vibro-impact dynamic equation of plow body with clearance. And the numerical analysis was carried out.The results showed that single-point discontinuous impact, two-point alternative impact and surface impact between plow body and sliding framework were existed. The maximum collision force between each contact point of plow body and sliding framework increased with the increase of lateral clearance. The results provided theoretical basis for improving the stability of the plow body.
