摘要
山西通才3~#1300 m~3高炉炉底、炉缸设计时选用了一种新型耐火材料——"碳复合砖",该新型耐材兼顾传统炭砖和陶瓷杯材料的双重优点,既有炭砖优良的导热性和传统陶瓷杯材料的抗铁溶蚀性、抗氧化性,又克服了它们各自存在的不足。实践证明,这种新型耐材及其结构的使用,有利于提高高炉炉底、炉缸结构的安全性以及实现高炉高效、长寿的目标。
A new type of refractory materials, which called ‘carbon composite brick', was applied in the furnace bottom and furnace hearth design of the 3#1 300 m3 BF in Shanxi Tongcai. The new refractory material has took into account the dual advantages of traditional carbon brick and ceramic cup material,both carbon brick excellent thermal conductivity and traditional ceramic cup material of iron corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, but also overcome the shortcomings of their respective. The practice has proved that the innovation of this new type of refractory material and its structure is useful to improve the safety of blast furnace bottom and hearth structure, and realize the target of longevity.
