摘要
富硼渣是一种重要的含硼资源,富硼渣中硼的利用是急需解决的问题。富硼渣碳碱法提取渣中的硼需要富硼渣具有较好的活性,但是硼铁矿火法分离后的富硼渣活性较低。本文采用富硼渣钙化焙烧的方法来提高其活性,考察了钙化剂用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对富硼渣活性的影响。在本实验条件下,Ca(OH)2为钙化剂时最佳的加入量为m(Ca(OH)2)/m(SiO2)为2∶1,CaCO3为钙化剂时最佳的加入量为m(CaCO3)/m(SiO2)为1∶1;最佳的钙化焙烧温度为900℃,最佳的焙烧时间为1.5h,富硼渣活性最高可达到81.4%。
Boron-rich slag can be used as an important boron resource.Utilization of boron in boron-rich slag is an urgent issue.It is required to have high activity of boron-rich slag for extracting boron by carbon alkali method.However,the boron-rich slag separated from ludwigite has lower activity.The influences of amount of calcification agent,roasting temperature and roasting time on the activity of boron-rich slag are investigated.The investigation finds that the optimum parameters obtained are amount of Ca(OH)2being 2∶1of m(Ca(OH)2)/m(SiO2);amount of CaCO31∶1of m(CaCO3)/m(SiO2);roasting temperature 900 ℃ and roasting time 1.5h.The activity of boron-rich slag can reach 81.4%.
