摘要
提出"硫酸浸出高硫高铁碳酸锰矿过程中,添加高活性二氧化锰矿与碳酸锰矿中高含量硫反应生成硫酸盐,鼓吹空气有效氧与碳酸锰矿中高含量铁发生氧化还原反应,控制浸出体系pH值,以此达到沉淀去除杂质"的新型湿法浸出体系。该体系制备的硫酸锰溶液,经净化重金属、非金属和还原性物质,电解制取的金属锰产品,其硫含量和铁含量达到或超过《中华人民共和国黑色冶金行业电解金属锰YB/T051-2003质量标准》。新型湿法浸出体系技术先进,推广应用前景广阔,经济效益明显,社会效益巨大。
This paper proposed the sulfuric acid in leaching of high sulfur high iron manganese carbonate process to add highly active manganese dioxide and manganese carbonate with high content of sulfur reaction sulfate. It is advocating effective air oxygen oxidizing reaction with high content of iron carbonate manganese ore,pH value to control the leaching system to precipitate removing impurities,as is a new type of wet leaching system. The system of preparation of manganese solfate solution covers the purification of heavy metal,nonmetal and reducing agents,electrowinning of manganese metal products,the sulfur content and iron content reach or exceed"the electrolytic manganese metal ferrous metallurgy industry of the People,s Republic of China( YB/T051-2003 quality standard) ". This new wet leaching system technology is advanced. Also,the popularization and application prospect,economic benefit,social benefit is huge.
