摘要
对碳钢地铁车辆进行静强度分析,验证车辆承载的安全性能。针对车体结构和承载特点,根据行业标准JIS E 7106:2006《铁路机车车辆客车车体设计一般要求》,使用有限元建模和分析软件Hypermesh计算不同工况下的头车车体典型部位应力,并将计算结果与实际测试结果进行对比。80%以上测点的相对误差小于10%,表明计算结果和测试结果具有一致性;所有测点所受应力小于材料的许用应力375 MPa,表明碳钢地铁车辆承载性能满足设计要求。
Static strength analysis of the carbon steel subway vehicle is carried out to investigate the bearing performance of the vehicle. Focusing on the structure and bearing characteristics of the vehicle, and according to the industrial standard JIS E 7106:2006, namely, Rolling stock-General requirements of carbody structures for passenger car, the finite element modeling and analysis software Hypermesh is used to calculate the stress of the typical parts of the head vehicle body under different working conditions, and the calculation results are compared with the actual test results. The relative errors of more than 80% measurement points are less than 10%, indicating that the analysis method and the test method have a consistency. The stresses of all the measurement points are less than the allowable stress of 375 MPa, indicating that the bearing performance of the carbon steel subway vehicles meets the design requirement.
