摘要
本文通过对选取的两种双相不锈钢厚板材料的焊接性能、机械性能以及疲劳性能进行研究,根据研究结果,两种双相不锈材料具有优异焊接性能及力学性能,可取代碳钢应用于不锈钢车体中底架端部结构上,并可结合结构设计进行轻量化设计。
In this paper,By the study on the weld ability,mechanical property,fatigue performance of the two selection duplex stainless steel materials,the two selection duplex stainless steel materials have excellent weld ability and mechanical properties,and can be used in the stainless steel carbody instead of the carbon steel which used in the underframe end structure. the carbody weight can be more lighter by use those material combined with the structural design.
