摘要
侧顶不平度超差是影响动车组碳钢车体外观质量的控制重点与难点,该问题一直未能得到有效的解决。文章通过对车顶部件的所有工位进行分析,找到了侧顶不平度严重超差的根本原因,并提出了改进工艺方案,解决了碳钢车体侧顶不平度超差的问题。
The out-of-tolerance of roughness of side roof is the key control point and difficult control point affecting the outside quality of carbon steel carbodies for multiple units.The problem has not been solved effectively.Via analysis of all the working procedures of the parts on roof,the fundamental cause to serious out-of-tolerance of roughness of side roof is found out,the technological scheme for improvement is put forward,and the problem of out-oftolerance of roughness of side roof of carbon steel carbodies is solved.
