摘要
详细阐述了应用DVS1612准则进行疲劳评估的方法和如何提取疲劳评估的三种应力.以铁路车辆结构中最常见的T型焊接接头为例,通过有限元计算,并对比手算与商业软件LIMIT的计算结果,最后提出一种准确可行的应用该准则对复杂焊接结构进行疲劳评估的方法.
        The method of applying the DVS1612 guideline for fatigue assessment is elaborated, and the extraction of three stresses for fatigue evaluation is introduced. Taking the T-weld joints most commonly found in railway vehicle structures as an example, the finite element calculation is carried out. By comparing the results of commercial software LIMIT and manual calculation, an accurate and feasible method for applying fatigue assessment is proposed.
