摘要
目的:探讨3.0 T高场磁共振成像(MRI)对先天性子宫畸形的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析医院收治的16例先天性子宫畸形患者的高场MRI图像资料,分析高场MRI对先天性子宫畸形的显示能力和诊断价值,并与B超诊断相比较。结果:所获16例患者磁共振图像均以T2WI为主要序列,多角度观察,对先天性子宫畸形的显示清楚、诊断明确。16例患者的高场MRI均给出明确诊断,诊断准确率为100%(16/16);超声诊断准确率为43.75%(7/16),经统计学计算,高场MRI诊断准确率明显高于超声,其差异有统计学意义(采用Fisher精确检验,P<0.05)。结论:高场MRI可以显示不同子宫畸形的形态、结构及宫腔内、外观相关改变,对显示复杂子宫畸形及并发的其他改变优势明显,是诊断先天性子宫畸形的可靠方法。
        Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of high field MRI in congenital uterine malformation. Methods:Through retrospectively analyzed the image data of high field MRI of 16 patients with congenital uterine malformation to analyze and evaluate the display ability and diagnostic value of high field MRI for congenital uterine malformation.Results: The T_2WI was main sequence in the obtained MRI images of 16 patients, and its displays about congenital uterine malformation was clear and its diagnosis was unequivocal. And high field MRI provide specific diagnosis for16 patients, and its diagnostic accuracy was 100%(16/16), while that of ultrasound was 43.75%(7/16). The statistic result indicated that the diagnostic accuracy of high field MRI was significantly higher than that of ultrasound examination(P<0.05). Conclusion: High field MRI images can show the morphology and structure of different uterine malformation, and the relevant changes of inside and outside appearance of uterine cavity. And it has obviously advantages in displaying complex uterine malformation and concurrent other changes. It is reliable method in diagnosing congenital uterine malformation.
