核磁共振扫描成像仪对膝骨关节炎的临床诊断价值研究

摘要
目的将核磁共振扫描仪用于膝骨关节炎诊断中,对其诊断价值进行评价。方法:对我院收治的57例膝骨关节炎患者临床资料回顾分析,所有患者均实施关节镜、MRI检查,对两种检查方式检查结果进行比较。结果经关节镜检查诊断精准率为80.70%,经MRI检查诊断精准率为94.74%,两种检查方式诊断精准率相比,明显MRI更高(P<0.05)。结论 MRI用于膝骨关节炎诊断中价值较高,具有更高诊断精准率,值得临床应用。
Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of mri in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: the clinical data of 57 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent arthroscopy and MRI examination, and the results were compared between the two methods. Results: the accuracy rate of the diagnosis was 80.70% by arthroscopy, and the accuracy rate was 94.74% after MRI examination, and the accuracy rate of the two methods was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: MRI is of high value in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis and has a higher diagnostic accuracy rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
