磁共振血管造影对糖尿病足及下肢动脉病变的诊断价值

摘要
目的分析磁共振血管造影对糖尿病足及下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法该院在2015年6月—2018年6月收治100例糖尿病足及下肢动脉病变患者,通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别划分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。其中对照组开展多排螺旋CT诊断,观察组开展磁共振血管造影诊断,对比两组血管狭窄情况和病变情况。结果经过临床统计分析,观察组的诊断效果高于对照组,两组之间在比对分析中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用磁共振血管造影对糖尿病足及下肢动脉病变患者诊断,能保证判定结果更准确,为临床诊断提供有效参考,也确保其应用作用的发挥。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance angiography in the diagnosis of diabetic foot and lower extremity arterial disease. Methods One hundred patients with diabetic foot and lower extremity arterial disease were admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2018. The patients were divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50) by random number table method. The control group underwent multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis, and the observation group underwent magnetic resonance angiography to compare the stenosis and lesions of the two groups. Results After clinical statistical analysis, the diagnostic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups in the comparison analysis was very significant, and the statistical significance was consistent(P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of diabetic foot and lower extremity arterial disease using magnetic resonance angiography can ensure the determination result of accuracy, provide an effective reference for clinical diagnosis, and ensure its application.
