摘要

当今资源短缺问题、环境污染问题日益加剧的背景下,加强对清洁型能源的应用,是社会经济可持续发展的重要举措,基于此,国家对水利水电工程的建设力度不断加大。为确保水利水电工程的建设质量,必须加强施工管理及安全管控,但就现阶段来说,水利水电工程施工管理及安全管控中还存在着一定的问题,给水利水电工程的施工质量、施工安全带来了诸多隐患。文章主要对水利水电工程施工管理及安全管控的有效措施进行了分析,希望能够为促进水利水电工程施工质量的提高提供一定帮助。
        In view of the shortage of resources and increasing environmental pollution, strengthening the application of clean energy is an important measure for the sustainable development of social economy. Based on this, the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects is increasing. In order to ensure the construction quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects, it is necessary to strengthen construction management and safety control, but at the present stage, there are still some problems in construction management and safety control of water conservancy and hydropower projects, which brings many hidden dangers to the construction quality as well as the construction safety of water conservancy and hydropower projects. This paper mainly analyzes the effective measures of construction management and safety control of water conservancy and hydropower projects, so as to provide some help for improving the construction quality of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
