摘要
由于煤矿井下液压支架工作环境的特殊性和复杂性,根据现场实际工况,优化液压支架换挡千斤顶的关键结构。设计连接杆装置,以便于安装传感器,有效提高液压支架的自动化控制。通过煤炭缸试验台,对推移千斤顶进行行程试验、密封性能试验、中心过载性能试验,验证了其结构的合理性,满足实际工况需求。研究结果对煤矿井下千斤顶的设计和研究具有借鉴意义。
        Because of the particularity and complexity of the working environment of the hydraulic support in coal mine, according to the actual working conditions, the key structure of the hydraulic support push jack was optimized, and the connecting rod device was designed to facilitate the installation of sensors and effectively improve the automatic control of the hydraulic support. Through the coal cylinder test bench, the travel test, sealing performance test and center overload performance test of the pushing jack were carried out, which verified the rationality of its structure and met the needs of actual working conditions. The research results can be used for reference in the design and research of hydraulic cylinder in coal mine.
