摘要
旋转磁化引起的铁心损耗大于交变损耗,而铁损的准确计算是高功率密度电机优化设计的前提和基础。为了更准确地描述旋转磁化下电工钢片的矢量磁滞特性,本文基于对JilesAtherton(J-A)磁滞模型物理本质的分析,提出将标量J-A磁滞模型中对非磁滞磁化强度的修正引入到逆矢量J-A磁滞模型中,用以预估旋转磁化下电工钢片的磁滞特性。同时,基于电工钢片旋转磁特性测量数据,对模型参数优化结果影响较大的饱和磁化强度进行数据拟合,确定其初值,完成了所提出的改进型逆矢量J-A磁滞模型参数求解。最后,将旋转磁特性测量结果与模型计算结果进行比较,验证考虑非磁滞磁化强度修正的逆矢量J-A磁滞模型可以较好地描述旋转矢量磁滞现象。
        The core loss caused by the rotating magnetization is greater than the alternating loss, and the accurate calculation of the iron loss is the premise and basis of the optimal design of the high power density motor. In order to describe the vector hysteresis characteristics of electrical steel sheets under rotational magnetization accurately, based on the analysis of the physical nature of the Jiles-Atherton(J-A) hysteresis model, this paper proposes to introduce the correction of the non-hysteresis magnetization in the scalar J-A model into the inverse vector J-A model, which can be employed to predict hysteresis characteristics of electrical steel sheets under rotating magnetization. At the same time, based on the measurement data of the rotating magnetic properties of the electrical steel sheet, the saturation magnetization parameter having greater influence on the model parameters was fitted and the initial values were determined. The proposed vector J-A hysteresis model parameters were solved. Finally, the comparison of the measured results of the rotating magnetic properties with the calculated ones were verified, and the results show that the vector J-A hysteresis model considering the non-hysteretic magnetization correction can describe the hysteresis phenomenon of the rotation vector effectively.
