摘要
短路故障是电机工作时会发生的故障之一。当电机发生短路故障后,由于正常相电流的缺失和短路电流的扰动作用,使得电机不对称运行,电机输出转矩和转速脉动加大。基于直接转矩控制的容错控制策略具有优越的动态性能,但没有对短路电流脉动进行直接抑制。本文提出一种前馈补偿算法,通过对短路电流扰动转矩进行前馈补偿,削弱短路电流对电机输出转矩和转速的扰动。在6/19容错型永磁磁通切换电机实验平台上对所提容错控制算法进行了实验验证。
        Short circuit failure is one of possible errors when motor works. In the condition of short circuit,the short-circuit current and the missing health current have effects on motor performance,such as asymmetric operation,torque ripples and speed volatility. The fault-tolerant algorithms based on direct torque control shows good dynamic performance, however, these algorithms are unable to suppress the short circuit-current ripple effectively. In this paper,a feed-forward compensation algorithm is proposed to weaken the turbulent effect on motor,by compensating the torque produced by short circuit current. Experiments are taken on the prototype machine of 6 /19fault-tolerant flux-switching permanent magnet( FTFSPM) motor to verify the fault-tolerant algorithm.
