摘要

结合某厂重介选煤实际及精煤带矸的主要影响因素分析,介绍了将现场仪表信号引入PLC控制系统,并通过PLC的内部运算及上位组态的强大功能实现旋流器压力预警。同时着重介绍了PLC编程与组态画面构建的详细过程。
        Combined with the practice of dense medium coal preparation in a plant and the analysis of the main factors of gangue in clean coal, the field instrument signal was introduced into the PLC control system,and the early warning of hydrocyclone pressure was realized through the internal operation of the PLC and the powerful function of the upper configuration. At the same time, the detailed production process of PLC programming and configuration screen construction was introduced in detail.
